Taste coffee differently This is a relaxed, small-group coffee tasting for anyone who is curious about specialty coffee and wants to understand it a bit better. We will taste three different coffees side by side using the same method professionals use when evaluating coffee around the world. The idea is to slow down, pay attention, and notice how different roast levels and coffees can taste completely different, even when brewed the same way. As we taste, you will be take notes on what you are smelling and tasting. And learn how coffee is roasted, and why things like freshness, grind size, water temperature, and ratios actually matter, without making it complicated. We will also talk about the origin of coffee, arabica vs robusta, different brewing methods, and the future of coffee. Plus if you haven't had enough coffee, at the end you can get a complimentary drink of your choice on the house. This is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers! It is about tasting, asking questions, and having fun while learning.
